Marzipan refined with honey is a delicious treat e.g. For creamy cakes, pralines, pastry and chocolate. Replacing sugar, honey sweetens the marzipan in a natural way.
In the production of honey marzipan, the almonds are first soaked in water and then ground as finely as possible. The almonds are then heated up with rose water and honey until the classic marzipan consistency has been reached.
