The special way of sweetening: cane sugar and panela, organic and fairtrade, from ZIELER & CO. Panela is a natural sugar specialty made from boiled sugar cane juice. Panela is not refined and therefore, unlike conventional industrial sugar, retains all natural minerals and vitamins from sugar cane. Ideal for sweetening coffee and tea, for cooking and baking.
